My teaching style is rooted in compassion, encouraging students to honor their bodies and practice with mindfulness and self-acceptance. I strive to create a welcoming space for everybody, especially those new to exercise.

Meditation, Yoga Therapy

Sharon Atteh-Chi is an inspired, certified yoga therapist who uses the tools and techniques of yoga to help others manifest a greater sense of well-being and connection to self. She has over 20 years of experience with yoga. She offers yoga to assist others to build resilience against imbalances in the body, mind and spirit.

Sharon holds a Master of Science in Yoga Therapy from the Maryland University of Integrative Health and is a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists.

Yoga and meditation teacher. A firm believer that there is a way to live a simple, happy, and love-filled life. I love exploring my mind and body as a way to become more present every day.

Chair Exercise, Chair Yoga

I received my 200-hour yoga teacher certificate in 2020. Since then, I have been teaching yoga/fitness to seniors, chair yoga classes in group settings, privately, online, and in person.

My parents and my grandmother instilled in me the love for nature and interest in self-healing. I love teaching to seniors because I feel I can bring joy of yoga and help them to be guided to a healthy living!
